Returns & Replacements Policy

At Veggie Life, we take great care in preparing and shipping our plant-based foods so they arrive frozen and ready to enjoy.

We’re a small team that cares deeply about the food we make and the experience you have with it. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

All Veggie Life products are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit. While we make every effort to keep products fully frozen, it is normal for frozen foods to soften or partially thaw during shipping.

As long as the product arrives cold to the touch (refrigerator temperature or below), it is safe to refrigerate and enjoy within a few days or place back in the freezer for later use.

Because our products are perishable frozen foods, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Unsafe Products

If your order arrives warm, above a safe temperature, damaged, or otherwise unsafe to consume, we will send a free replacement.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@veggielifefoods.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Situations that qualify for replacement may include:

  • Shipping delays that cause products to arrive warm

  • Damaged packaging

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Orders lost in transit

Once we review the issue, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Frozen or perishable food products

  • Opened items

  • Successfully delivered orders that arrive cold and safe to consume

Additional Policy Notes

Veggie Life reserves the right to limit replacements in cases of suspected fraud or repeated claims.
