At Veggie Life, we take pride in delivering our plant-based foods safely and efficiently so they arrive ready to enjoy.

Every order is packed with care from our kitchen in Wells, Maine. Because we want your food to arrive just as fresh and flavorful as when it left us.


Frozen Shipping Process

All Veggie Life products are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and ice packs designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

While we make every effort to keep products fully frozen, it is normal for frozen foods to soften or partially thaw during shipping.

As long as your order arrives cold to the touch (refrigerator temperature or below), it is safe to refrigerate and enjoy within a few days or place back in the freezer for later use.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

To help ensure product quality, orders may only ship on specific days of the week to avoid extended transit times over weekends or holidays.

From time to time, Veggie Life may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Veggie Life is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer is responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing the items.

We recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible to maintain product quality.


Issues with Delivery

If your order arrives warm, damaged, or unsafe to consume, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
